Official Grading & Encapsulation Services — OWWF Licensed Printer, Directive 114-FCCB
The Fishcord Catch Certification Board is the OWWF's licensed printer and, since 30 July 2026, the sole authority for the grading and encapsulation of holo variance Catch Tags. Every specimen we seal is weighed, witnessed, and tagged under Directive 114, and wear-witnessed under Directive 121.
